Refund policy

Exchange are there only in case of fitting issues but you have to report the size issue within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. Further, refunds are not there. Customer can take store credits/Coupon which can be used any time in the future.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects, damages, or wrong items so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
To get what you want quickly, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Availability: Refunds are not available. Instead, we offer store credits/Coupon for future purchases.
Exceptions: Refunds are given only if the order is cancelled before delivery or if you receive incorrect or damaged products. In such cases, an unboxing video is required.
